"Singularity was created from the ashes of the failed acquisition of my first major company, AdRevolution. I wasn't sure about our business model or even what we might build, but, I knew that I wanted to create something that would endure. I wanted to create a place where the most talented people stay, grow, and don't have to think about leaving in order to further their personal and professional goals. We are progressing well in this regard, with many of our team members crossing the tenure threshold soon to earn our five-year sabbatical benefit!
